January Newsletter

January 3rd, 2017

From our team to you, we would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year and thank you for your continued support.

This past week we traveled to the MAS-ICNA convention in Chicago to kick off our next project!

This upcoming summer we will be traveling back to Rwanda in an effort to continue to tackle clean water issues as well as malnutrition issues that plague the country. With a population of about twelve million people, about three million people in the country do not have access to safe drinking water. Children often walk over three miles to retrieve water, and 40% of the population suffers from stunting (unable to grow to fullest potential due to a lack of adequate nutrition).

Last summer we helped build 4 water tanks and 30  vegetable/fruit gardens in the region. This year our goal is to build twenty water tanks and over one hundred vegetable/fruit gardens in an effort to help over five thousand people in the country. Join us as we try to change the lives of thousands within Rwanda!

Best,
